Through consultation with our clients, Rhythm of the Night Entertainment is able to custom tailor our performance to suit our clients needs and taste. CONSULTATION
Rhythm of the Night Entertainment always offers and encourages your free initial in-person consultation. In addition to our initial consultation, once you have decided to hire us for your entertainment needs, follow-up consultations are included (in-person meetings, unlimited phone or email consultations) at no extra charge in order to properly plan your upcoming event.

PLANNING AND PREPARATION
Rhythm of the Night Entertainment will coordinate with all your vendors including caterers, photographers, and venue staff. Through consultations we are able to inform our clients about our role as entertainers and the duties performed. Site visits to the event venue are provided as to become aware of any potential issues as well as to have an opportunity to talk with the venue staff and become familiar with the layout.

CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION
In addition to providing for all your music and technical audio needs, Rhythm of the Night Entertainment specializes in creating personalized services for your special event. Cliff Smithers is able to perform all the Master of Ceremony duties including special presentations through his years of experience and training as a real, professional DJ. We seek to break the mold of the seemingly routine disc jockey role and truly look to inspire and engage the audience. Through the consultation process, we will offer suggestions and guide our clients in creative ideas that meet their entertainment needs.

MUSIC LIST
Rhythm of the Night Entertainment strives to meet all your music requests. Through our consultations we are able to learn about the style, tempo and overall mood that you want to create for your special event through musical selections you choose. We will assist you in preparing your playlist through suggestions and insights gained through our many years of experience. We maintain a library with literally thousands of songs from the 50's to the present in many different genres. In the rare event a song that is requested is not in our library, it will be acquired well in advance of the event at no additional charge.

SONG REQUESTS
Requests and suggestions are always welcome!! There is no limit on the number of song requests from our clients. All requests at the event will be graciously received, however those played will be sure to fit into the clients wishes that were discussed prior to the event. As professional entertainers, Rhythm of the Night Entertainment strives to blend the right mix of music throughout the event, so not all requests may be played.

CONTRACTS
A written agreement is always provided as a standard business practice. A written contract protects both the entertainer and the client, so you know exactly what you're getting.

SET UP
Rhythm of the Night Entertainment arrives on site a minimum of 1 hour prior to the performance start time (typically 2 to 3 hours ahead). Plenty of time is set aside for travel to reach the event location, set-up of audio and lighting gear, and to change into the appropriate attire for the event. All sound and light checks are performed long before guests arrive to ensure all is in place when your first guest comes through the door.

TOTAL TIME INVESTED
While it may appear that you are paying for 4-8 hours of performance time, based on all the items listed above, our true investment time is upwards of 16-30 hours of planning and executing your special event.
